“The family is very open and there really is no need to be shy when living in the house.
This creates a very friendly and comfortable environment. I always felt that if there was a problem, the family would have no problems letting me know about it and I felt no hesitation in letting the family know if I had any issues I would like to have resolved.
The family is extremely understanding and open to the needs of their student.
Furthermore, the family has acted as a fantastic support throughout my time in Lyon. I really felt like I could discuss anything with them and I am very glad that I did. When staying with the family you really have a chance to be a part of a French family.
It really is so much more than just a place to stay.
